CANCELLATION POLICY

At Bohemian Beauty we realize that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life, however, in order for the business to be effective and fair to all clients and the business and its employees the following policies are to be honored: 48 hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment. If for any reason you are unable to give a 48 hour advance notice you will be charged a 50% fee of your service total. No shows will be charged 100%. A secured invoice will be sent to your email for fee payment and must be paid before any future appointment(s). Repeat offenders will be asked to pay in advance or will not be allowed to schedule at all. Please recognize that small businesses like Bohemian Beauty should be respected, especially since the time you are scheduling is reserved exclusively for you. These policies are placed so that we can maintain our existence by continuing to provide high quality products and services for our wonderfully loyal clients.
